I also purchased what turned out to be a counterfeit PAX. It was proved by emailing photos to Ploom directly. Apparently, depending on who you tak to at Scotties, it was well-known that they were selling fake PAX vapes. They refuse to do anything about it, will lie, duck phone calls and emails, or claim they are going to get the owner's permission to settle the issue... and never do. This store is likely selling a lot of counterfeit items and making a lot of cash by doing it. Boycotting the store is a good way to get them to stop this practice.

I found out they have a location at
92 Montreal Road in Vanier one at 4000 Bridle Path off Hunt Club and 1 in Brockville at 13 Perth St....

So I called PAX Ploom Scotties Spot is an Authorized Reseller of the PAX So your claim about a fake is probably just that. you probably did something to void your warrenty... and now your screwed..

Was in at the Southkeys location yesterday picked up an awesome NGGlass piece was very sweet! I also noticed they have TechTube downtown very nice glass!

Picked up a pax about 2 months ago from this location and have not had any issues with it.... But they also said they had to buy them from Ploom in the US cause NO ONE In Canada is Authorized to distribute or sell them according to there website..... So its a buyer beware Pax States they do no sell online and no store selling authentic sign agreements not to sell online.... and there is not 1 store listed for Canada.... so you maybe outa luck

Got a PAX by Ploom here. Problems started immediately, contacted Ploom turns out it was a FAKE.

Now they have the audacity to tell me that I might have used an an illegal substance in there illegal knockoff item.

Would have been quite easy if they just refunded me the money.
